You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Had trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing? Start with the provider. Keep a written record.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. That usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
