Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Civilianbench Septic works and how it gets paid. This page lays that out. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Civilianbench Septic Is

Civilianbench Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping. We do not repair septic systems or drain fields. We do not repair sewer lines. We do no other plumbing work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Civilianbench Septic for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send. Payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This pay does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Civilianbench Septic. Each one alone answers for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

You Decide

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check licenses. Get a written quote. Compare it with other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. This is for quality, verification and billing.
